Lachung is one of the most picturesque Lepcha village in the North Sikkim near the border with Tibet with abundant rhododendrons and orchids. Lachung is located at an elevation of about 9,600 feet from sea level, at the confluence of the Lachen and Lachung rivers. The literally meaning of Lachung is "small pass".
One of the most beautiful and popular tourist destination in Sikkim is Pelling. The city is located at the height of 7,200 feet from sea level. Pelling. It offers the stunning view of The Great Himalayas and the Kanchenjanga which enhanced the beauty of this place. Pelling was just a small hamlet in west Sikkim a few decades ago but its stunning mountain views and surroundings has made this destination as one of the most popular tourist destination.

Itinerary
Day 01: NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport - Gangtok (By Road - 130 kilometres)
Upon arrival at NJP Railway station / IXB airport, meet our representative & transfer to Gangtok by road, which is located at about 130 kms from New Jalpaiguri railway station / Bagdogra Airport.
Upon arrival at Gangtok. Check in to the hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 02: Gangtok (Trip to Tsomgo Lake + Baba Mandir)(Excursion Tour)
After breakfast, Start for a half day trip of Tsomgo Lake, which is also called as Changu Lake, it is located at the height of 12,400 feet from sea level & Baba Harbhajan Singh Memorial which is located at the height of 13200 feet from sea level, located at the distance of 52 kms from Gangtok city. It is one of the most beautiful lake in East Sikkim which freezed completely during the winter.
After visiting Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir, return back to the hotel in Gangtok in the evening. Evening is free at leisure, you can explore local markets of the place, where you can buy the local handicraft items. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 03: Gangtok sightseeing
Today after breakfast, proceed for a Full day city tour covering, Ganesh Tok, Tashi View, HanumakTok, Rumtek Monastery, Do-DrulChorten, Research Institute of Tibetology, Directorate of Handicraft & Handloom, Banjhakri falls and Flower Show.
After city tour, return back to the hotel. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 04: Gangtok - Lachung (By Road - 125 Kilometres)
After breakfast, drive to Lachung, which is one of the most alluring place in located in the North Sikkim near the border with Tibet. On the way visit Singhik View point, Seven Sisters Water Fall and Naga Water Fall. You can explore the surroundings of stunning water falls.
Upon arrival at Lachung in the evening. Check in to the hotel. Have your dinner at hotel. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.
Day 05: Lachung - Yumthang Excursion (24 Kilometres and 11,800 feet) - Lachung
Today after having early breakfast, proceed to Yumthang-valley, which is also known as Valley of Flowers. This amazing place is surrounded by the great Himalayan Mountains. It is the home of Shingba Rhododendron Sanctuary.
After visiting Yumthang-valley, return back to Lachung. En- route visit Hot Spring considered to have medicinal properties. Back to resort for lunch. Rest day is free at leisure or you can interact with the local people understand their culture and tradition. Overnight stay will be at Lachung.
Day 06: Lachung - Gangtok (By Road - 125 Kilometres)
After breakfast, drive for the Gangtok. On the way visit the marvellous Bheema and Twin Falls. Upon arrival at Gangtok check-in to your hotel. Rest day is free at leisure. Overnight stay will be at Gangtok.
Day 07: Gangtok - Pelling (By Road - 115 Kilometres)
Post breakfast, drive to PellingIt is one of the most picturesque city and popular destination in Sikkim. The city is located at the height of 7,200 feet from sea level. On the way visit Ravangla, it is one of the most alluring town in Sikkim, located at the height of 7,200 feet from sea level. On the way visit Ravangla. You can enjoy the glorious Eastern Himalayan Range from Pelling.
On arrival at Pelling, check-in to your pre booked hotel. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 08: Pelling (sightseeing)
Post breakfast, proceed for city tour of Pelling and explore the major attractions of the city such as Darap Valley, Rimbi Water Falls, Rimbi Power Project, Rock Garden, Kanchenjunga falls, Khachoedpalri and Wish Lake.
After sightseeing, return back to hotel for lunch. Post lunch visit Pemayangtse Monastery, Rabdantse Ruins, Rabdantse View Point, Helipad Ground. Overnight stay at Pelling.
Day 09: Pelling - NJP Railway Station / IXB Airport (By Road - 145 kilometres)
